All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork and limited edition prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints
All original works and limited edition prints are sold as collectible pieces and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.

Custom & Framed Artwork
Custom, commissioned, and framed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except if they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thearthowseglobal.com with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping location is secure.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.
