Artwork & Availability
All artworks are subject to prior sale and availability. Because we offer original works, rare editions, and one-of-a-kind pieces, inventory may occasionally change before website updates occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
All artwork dimensions and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color may occur due to monitor and device settings.
Authenticity
All artworks sold by The Art Howse LLC are guaranteed authentic and are represented to the best of our knowledge and expertise.
Certificates of Authenticity (“COAs”), publisher documentation, gallery invoices, or provenance materials may accompany applicable works when available.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, private offers, and catalog pricing may vary from website pricing.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle where applicable.
Certain artworks may be placed on hold through a non-refundable deposit or payment arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once a work has been reserved.
Payment plans must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Artwork will not ship until payment is received in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, text, catalogs, and design elements, is the property of The Art Howse LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Art Howse LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the artwork in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
